Anxiety & Depression
For when your mind won't slow down — or when everything feels heavy and gray.
Therapy for individuals, children and teens, couples and families, through life's biggest and smallest moments.

For when your mind won't slow down — or when everything feels heavy and gray.

A safe, warm — even fun — space for kids (8+) and teens to be exactly who they are.

Reconnect, communicate, and build what's next — together.

Having fostered and cared for many children myself, I understand these families from the inside.

If your faith is part of how you heal, I'm honored to gently integrate it into our work — always, and only, at your invitation.

Therapy gives you steady ground to stand on while everything around you is moving.

You're not lazy or broken — your brain simply works differently.
For when your mind won't slow down — or when everything feels heavy and gray. Whether it's racing thoughts, constant worry, panic, or a flatness you can't shake, you don't have to white-knuckle your way through it. Together we'll understand what's underneath it, build tools that actually work, and help you feel like yourself again.
A safe, warm — even fun — space for kids (8+) and teens to be exactly who they are, with support for their parents, too. I help young people navigate anxiety, big feelings, school stress, behavior struggles, grief, family changes, and the hard work of growing up in a complicated world. And I partner closely with you as parents, so the whole family can breathe a little easier.
Reconnect, communicate, and build what's next — together. Using the research-based Gottman Method, I help couples move through conflict, rebuild trust and intimacy, and feel like a team again. And if you're engaged or planning to marry, premarital counseling is one of the wisest investments you can make — we'll strengthen your foundation before the hard seasons come.
This is my heart's work. As a certified perinatal mental health therapist (PMH-C) with over 12 years in this field, I support you through every part of the journey — trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, loss, and the tender, disorienting early days of parenthood. Postpartum depression and anxiety, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, grief, the loss of your old identity — none of it makes you a bad parent, and none of it is yours to carry alone. About 1 in 5 mothers experiences a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder; you are in good, understanding company here.
What happened to you matters — and healing is possible. Using trauma-informed, evidence-based care, I help you process painful experiences at a pace that always feels safe, so the past stops running the present. You don't have to relive everything to heal; you just have to stop being alone with it.
Having fostered and cared for many children myself, I understand these families from the inside. I support adoptive, foster, and kinship families — and the children within them — through attachment, big transitions, grief and identity, and the particular weight these deeply loving journeys can carry.
If your faith is part of how you heal, I'm honored to gently integrate it into our work — always, and only, at your invitation. And if it's not part of your journey, that's completely welcome here too.
A new baby, a new city, a new chapter, a loss, a divorce, an empty nest, a shifting sense of who you are — the in-between seasons can be disorienting, even when the change is a good one. Therapy gives you steady ground to stand on while everything around you is moving.
If focus, organization, follow-through, or time management feel like a daily uphill battle, you're not lazy or broken — your brain simply works differently. I help kids, teens, and adults build practical systems and real self-compassion that actually stick.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and completely free of judgment. I believe you are the expert on your own life — my role is to walk beside you, offer real tools, and help you find clarity, healing, and lasting change at a pace that feels safe. I practice through a multicultural, inclusive lens, and I welcome clients of every background, identity, and story. Whatever you're carrying, we can make room for it together.
