Privacy and Important Notices.
Confidentiality. What we talk about in session stays private, with the exceptions the law requires. Irene reviews her privacy practices, the limits of confidentiality and informed consent with you before treatment begins.
Good Faith Estimate. If you are uninsured or paying privately, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the No Surprises Act. Ask for it before your first session.
How your information is handled. Intake, scheduling and communication go through secure, HIPAA-friendly forms. Please don't send symptoms, diagnoses or other sensitive details through the public website.
If you need urgent help. This website is not an emergency service. Call 911 if you are in immediate danger, or call or text 988 for crisis support in the United States.
