Kindled Life Therapy is a private-pay practice. I am out of network with insurance.
Superbills provided
If you have out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits, I'll give you a detailed superbill (a receipt) you can submit to your insurance for possible partial reimbursement.
Ask your insurance
Call the number on your insurance card and ask: "Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits, and what's my reimbursement rate?"
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you'll receive a clear, upfront estimate of costs before we begin.
HSA/FSA
Therapy is typically an eligible expense — many clients pay with an HSA or FSA funds through submission of superbills and getting reimbursed.

Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead; a late cancellation is charged the $150 session fee.
